Return and Refund Policy
Return window
You may request a return within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original tags, accessories and packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
How to request a return
Email support@apples.ae within the 5-day return window with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photographs. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and confirm any applicable collection or return-shipping arrangements.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly within the 5-day return window if an item is damaged, incorrect or appears to have a manufacturing defect. Apples products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. After assessment, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another available size or colour may be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions above. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We will confirm any price difference or applicable delivery charge before processing the exchange.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Card and wallet payments will be refunded to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds after we process the refund.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags, accessories and packaging. Gift cards and personalised or custom-made items are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law.
